A quick guide to what we are doing to try to keep our teams and customers safe from COVID-19.

We are doing our very best to balance putting customer and staff safety first, while following the Government’s advice as well as the advice of the scientific community at large.

WHAT WE’RE DOING:

  • We are asking all staff and customers to wash their hands upon arrival at our venues.

  • We disinfect the objects and surfaces in our rooms after every game to further reduce the chance of anything being transmitted while playing.

  • We are asking all staff and customers to wash their hands after games to make as sure as possible that anything which may have arrived or been present in our rooms does NOT escape!

  • Where possible we shall endeavour to minimise contact; so please don't be offended if our Games Masters do not shake your hands! For example, the thematic introduction to the room is now audio based.

  • Our GMs will be washing their hands before and after handling any cash or cards being offered.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If you have any concerns at all - whether someone in your group may be experiencing symptoms, or if you have decided to self-isolate or have been unable to travel - we are waiving our standard policy regarding game cancellations and we will be happy to schedule your game for a future date, or issue gift vouchers to the same value which you can use at a later date of your choosing. We shall be as flexible as we possibly can regarding dates, times and venues.

  • Please be advised that due to the nature of the ongoing situation our own venues could be forced to close or postpone games at short notice. We will always contact you as soon as possible to advise you of any changes which may affect you.

WHAT WE’RE ASKING YOU TO DO:

  • Wash your hands before and after games.

  • Don’t be too early, or late, 5 minutes before your booking is perfect.

  • Adhere to current Government guidelines.

  • Please call or email us to reschedule your game if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
